About

Red Penguin Design is led by Greg DiPaolo and Charbel Semaan. Greg and Charbel both enjoy being creative through graphic, web, and print design. After doing it separately for over 10 years, they decided to put their energy into creating a team that creates clean, simple, and effective designs. (They don’t actually have a red penguin, and they don’t know where to get one.)

Greg DiPaolo

Greg has been designing and developing for over 10 years. He’s assisted groups like Mills-Peninsula Health Services and Stanford University. Greg also consults organizations in marketing and communications. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, biking, photography, and volunteering through the Spark Program.

Charbel Semaan

Charbel also has over 10 years of design and development experience. He was a co-founder of Onbel, a group that helped local businesses and non-profits benefit from online resources. He’s a member of the RROP Web Development team, and he also mentors youth in web design and presentation/public-speaking skills for the Spark Program. Charbel enjoys carpentry, cooking, coaching youth sports, and constantly thinking of innovative ideas.
